Document intelligence rule
Find keywords, meanings, and new terms.
Upload one or more text or Markdown files. The analyzer scores repeated terms, groups known synonyms, and flags definition-like context, parallel word arrangements, descriptive phrases, and incomplete sentence fragments that may be emerging terminology.
Source Documents
Upload .txt, .md, or .markdown files, or paste raw text directly.
One group per line: primary term: synonym, synonym. Counts and evidence merge into the primary term.
Ready. Upload files, paste text, or load the sample to run the rule.
Rule used by this program
- Normalize Markdown into plain text while preserving headings and short fragments as possible term sources.
- Count words and phrases that pass the occurrence threshold, then merge custom synonym variants into primary terms.
- Boost candidates that appear across multiple documents, in headings, near definition verbs, or inside parallel lists.
- Flag likely meanings from patterns like "term is", "term means", "term: meaning", "called term", and appositive descriptions.
- Flag emerging terms when short incomplete lines, title-case fragments, acronyms, or hyphenated phrases recur without full sentence punctuation.
